Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in the HR staffing and recruitment industry. As a Business Development professional, you will play a key role in driving growth initiatives and expanding our customer base.

  • Research and identify prospective clients across target industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
  • Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
