Requirements:
  • Sales/BD Background: Proven track record in sales, business development, or client engagement with a strong focus on results-driven sales tactics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Growth Mindset: Drive your own success and growth within the organization by being self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
  • Prior Experience: Recruitment, HR services, or consulting industry experience is preferred but not required. A proven track record of success in sales and business development is essential.
