Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This individual will be responsible for driving RfPs through their lifecycle, working closely with Geo leaders to develop and deliver proposals to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow landscape and solution offerings
  • Estimate effort required for solution development and delivery
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and SOWs to customers
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales head and Geo leaders to review and refine proposals
  • Deliver solution walkthroughs and presentations to customers
  • Provide managed services and time & material estimates for ServiceNow landscapes
  • Resource allocation and management
  • Maintain documentation and presentation materials within central repository

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-10 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years in pre-sales and solution roles
  • Proven ability to handle multiple regions, cultures, and complex solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Sales Accreditation, Pre-Sales Accreditations, Micro-Certifications)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Staffing Ninja offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
