Technical Sales Specialist

Responsibilities岗位职责:
- Master the detailed technical knowledge of the company's products or services and keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological developments.
- Understand and identify customers' technical needs, grasp product technical details, and conduct effective demonstrations; develop solutions based on customer requirements.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers while maintaining existing customer relationships; expand the company's market influence by participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including quoting and negotiating, order processing and delivery, and post-sales support.
- Collect market and customer feedback to provide input for product improvement and development; collaborate with the product management team to ensure product development aligns with market demands.

- 收集市场和客户的反馈,为产品改进和开发提供输入,与产品管理团队合作,确保产品开发与市场需求保持一致
Requirements任职资格:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, marketing or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience in market sales, with an understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technical environments and continuously learn about new products and market information.
- The ability to understand complex products and technical concepts, propose innovative solutions based on customer needs, and communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in the sales process, including customer prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing deals; providing excellent customer service and establishing long-term customer relationships.
