Global Sales and Technical Solutions Specialist

Pioneer Global Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role involves acting as the key technical liaison between our engineering company and its customers, combining technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
Technical Expertise:
• Understand and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our products or services.
• Work with the engineering team to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Educational Background:
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electromechanical) or an MBA from a reputed institution.
Experience:
• Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English and Hindi for international sales roles.
