Strategic Account Manager

The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by developing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Developing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns to improve onboarding and engagement.
- Using data analytics to gain insights into customer segments and inform business development strategies.
- Ensuring accurate customer data and managing data cleansing activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or CRM roles, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- You are a skilled networker and relationship builder with a willingness to travel.
