Role Overview
Saviant Consulting is seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to lead multiple client engagements, drive growth, and provide leadership to a team of professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client engagements, including account roadmap development and leadership to a team of 20-40 professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow strategic accounts, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with client stakeholders at every stage of the project life cycle, providing consulting on project delivery, process, best practices, and technology.
- Implement new processes and frameworks to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements with agreed business value, using Agile methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Any Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed institute.
- 12+ years of experience with at least 2 years in managing multiple customer accounts.
- Prior success in growing customer engagements into long-term relationships.
- Fair understanding of Digital Technologies (incl. Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IIoT).
- Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written, and overall presentation skills.
What We Consider a Right Fit
- Currently managing multiple Customer Engagements and accountable for growth of these accounts.
- Serving as single-point-of-contact for client relationships wrt communication, new services cross-sell, existing services up-sell, escalation, client feedback, and accountability of deliverables.
- Experience of building processes and frameworks for risk and issue identification and management around service delivery.
- Prior experience working with EPC, Energy & Industrial Manufacturing clients.
- Experience of providing leadership to 20-40 people across customer engagements.
