About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Head of Lending Partnerships to join our team at Lentra. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for establishing and expanding lending partnerships in alignment with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage lending partnerships with banks, fintechs, and NBFCs to drive revenue growth and expand our lending portfolio. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the midmarket, SMEs, and startup segments. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and challenges of lending partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.


Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a partnership role in the financial services sector, preferably in the lending ecosystem. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to travel frequently to cultivate and maintain partnerships effectively.


What You'll Be Doing:

Develop new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with lending fintechs, marketplace aggregators, and digital aggregators. Take ownership of identifying, onboarding, and scaling fintech partnerships. Manage internal stakeholders and liaise with different departments to ensure timely approval for partnership activities. Work with partners to start and scale different lending products and programs.
