Saviant Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Client Engagement and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for owning multiple client engagements, account roadmap, and providing leadership to 20-40 people across your customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow strategic accounts, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement new processes and frameworks to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements
  • Create new opportunities and drive revenue growth strategies
  • Coach team members on culture of service excellence, processes, and help them deliver value to the client

Requirements:

  • Any Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed institute
  • 12+ years of experience with at least 2 years in managing multiple customer accounts
  • Prior success in growing customer engagements into long-term relationships
  • Fair understanding of Digital Technologies (incl. Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IIoT)
  • Strong persuasive communication skills

What We Consider as a Right Fit for This Role:

  • Currently managing multiple Customer Engagements and accountable for growth of these accounts
  • Serving as single-point-of-contact for client relationships
  • Experience of building processes and frameworks for risk and issue identification and management
  • Prior experience working with EPC, Energy & Industrial Manufacturing clients
  • Experience of providing leadership to 20-40 people across customer engagements
