Strategic Account Specialist

The Commercial Customer Journey Manager (CCJM) oversees the end-to-end customer experience for key accounts. This includes relationship management, business development, and customer intelligence.
Your RoleThe CCJM acts as the single point of contact for customers, maintaining and developing direct and personal relationships with key stakeholders. They also conduct key account management activities in accordance with company guidelines.
Your ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages Key Accounts, eliciting customer needs and selling company offers.
* Understands the customer's organization and decision-making process
* Understands the customer's business model and environment, as well as the competitive landscape
* Negotiates rates and service contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with business units and documenting commercial requirements
* Understands the company's vertical service offerings at an expert level
* Complies with company sales management processes and systems, ensuring correct and timely updates
* Monitors monthly performance against set targets, taking immediate action in case of deviations
* Ensures an account plan is in place, based on the Key Account Planning Process and template, and signed off by the respective sales manager
* Effectively hands over and transitions new business into operations, ensuring customer requirements and company commitments are met
* Conducts regular review sessions with assigned customers, focusing on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence delivery
