Strategic Account Director

Job Summary:
As a Key Account Manager at Sensata Technologies, you will be responsible for the sales performance at large key or strategic accounts. Your primary focus will be on maintaining relationships with existing key country accounts, managing sales activities, and handling expansion and development on a global or international account.
Responsibilities:
• Sell the organization's products or services to, and maintain relationships with, typically one to three existing key country accounts.
• Manage sales activities for assigned named country accounts, rather than an assigned territory.
• Primary point-of-contact sales manager for account regardless of account's geographic location.
• Handle expansion and development on a global or international account and provide customer service.
• Manage relationship with global channel partners.
• Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development.
• Responsible for the master strategy for strategic accounts and ensure the strategy is executed.
Requirements:
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
