Job Opportunity: Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, thoughtful, and clear-headed administrative manager to lead day-to-day operations at our headquarters. This role requires someone who thrives in managing people, processes, and practical challenges with clarity and discipline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Employee Management: Manage employee documentation, including health insurance, leave tracking, PF, pension, and related records.
  • HR Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination with HR for new joiners, exits, and compliance tasks.
  • Filing and Follow-up: Maintain accurate files and follow-up systems for all people-related processes.
Facilities & Operations Oversight:
  • Office Infrastructure: Oversee all office infrastructure and maintenance, including furniture, ACs, lighting, electrical, plumbing, etc.
  • Petty Cash and Expenses: Manage petty cash and office expenses responsibly.
  • Asset Tracking: Track and manage office assets, including laptops, printers, keyboards, etc.
Team & Staff Management:
  • Junior Staff Supervision: Directly manage junior/support staff, including cleaners, drivers, helpers, etc.
  • Scheduling and Conduct: Ensure timely scheduling, clear responsibilities, and professional conduct among junior staff.
  • Interpersonal Issues: Address interpersonal or behavioral issues with maturity, fairness, and clear communication.
General Administration:
  • Maintaining Order: Maintain order and discipline in the workplace through proactive systems and follow-up.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks related to facilities, vendors, courier dispatches, service calls, etc.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or HR support roles.
    • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
