Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of people and processes.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every new hire, ensuring HR documentation is accurate and closed within defined timelines, and managing the Learning & Development portal to make learning accessible and seamless.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Learning & Development: Manage the L&D portal, providing access to training and development opportunities that support employee growth and success.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to support employee development and retention.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills.
  • A true people person with empathy, approachability, and relationship-building skills.
  • Accountable, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
