Strategic HR Business Partner
Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to provide a strategic arm to business units in meeting their day-to-day human resources requirements.
This involves collaborating with business leaders and managers to introduce specific human resources initiatives relevant to the business and recommending solutions aligned to business objectives.
The core responsibilities include maximizing people capability, providing change leadership, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations, and proactively engaging in process improvements.
The successful candidate will work closely with other HR functional leaders, OD, HRSD, and CoE folks to identify and influence changes that bring improvements to people practices, systems, and processes.
This role also requires driving project management for various human resources initiatives, including management training, development, succession planning, policy review, and implementation.
