
Strategic HR Business Partner

The HR Partner role is a key position in our organization, responsible for supporting managers and senior managers with sensitive and complex employee issues. This includes disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance processes. The HR Partner acts as an influential partner in helping managers with talent and performance management processes, people development, HR policies, and implementation of organizational changes at the country or regional level.
- Performance Management: The HR Partner supports managers through complex and nuanced performance management cases, including performance improvement plans and assessments. They guide managers in implementing performance management processes and tools effectively, ensuring bias-free evaluations and effective coaching approaches across teams.
- Employee Relations: The HR Partner handles complex and nuanced employee relations cases and investigations following established processes and policies. They conduct thorough and impartial investigations, support grievance processes, and lead informal discussions or mediation.
- HR General: The HR Partner acts as stewards of the employee experience and our culture. They act as subject matter experts for people tools, processes, programs, or projects. They design and deliver manager education initiatives to further drive collective education and manager effectiveness.
- Change Management: The HR Partner drives the implementation of employee programs and leads improvements in manager experience. They partner with HR Business Partners and central teams on complex change initiatives across countries. They use data and insights to advocate for and influence process improvements.
This role is performed through innovative customer relationship management tools, which enable us to identify trending issues and themes through data and inform consequent decisions and initiatives.
