Job Description:

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business requirements.

  • You will create a robust talent pipeline by identifying top talent through various channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planning and deployment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with strategic objectives.
  • You will oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring fair evaluations are conducted within the established system.
  • Monitor and track key metrics, including hiring, attrition, engagement, and other essential data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • No less than 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role; real estate or allied industry experience strongly preferred.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planning and deployment.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with strategic objectives.
  • Oversighting the performance management cycle to ensure fair evaluations.
  • Monitoring and tracking key metrics to inform business decisions.
