Job Title: Human Resources Partner

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management:
    1. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure a qualified workforce.
    2. Implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management:
    1. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  3. Workforce Planning:
    1. Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs and plan for staff growth.
  4. Training and Development:
    1. Support the identification of training needs and partner with the L&D team to implement programs for employees.
  5. Engagement Initiatives:
    1. Drive programs and initiatives that foster a motivated and engaged workforce.
  6. HR Analytics:
    1. Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  7. Change Management:
    1. Assist with implementing new processes and technologies, helping employees adapt to organizational changes.
