Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of GCIB in developing business strategy
  • Implement global and/or regional initiatives and business strategies
Financial Management
  • Monitor departmental financial performance and assess against projected targets
  • Support Heads and Directors/Team Leads to achieve financial targets
  • Track revenue and expense budgets with the Finance team
  • Manage MIS and initiate periodical updates/reporting
  • Analyze research material and develop financial models to recommend new initiatives or improvements
Customer Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders
  • Work with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to develop strategies for business growth
  • Provide support to existing and future stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis
  • Facilitate events and enhance office work environment and corporate culture
People Management
  • Act as a role model to team members and adhere to company policies/guidelines
  • Support, coach, and guide junior team members on complex issues
Other Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor business risk profiles and take the lead for reporting and resolution
  • Set up a governance framework for the newly established team
  • Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with relevant regulations
  • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation as required
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, structured approach, and ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Ability to develop presentation materials for internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel
