Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Capital Markets

This is a challenging role that requires strong business acumen and the ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing or consultative services and be able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the advisory team to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of clients.
  • Track conversion metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Strong communicator and negotiator, able to win trust and handle complex conversations.
  • Highly organized, with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance and Marketing.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
