
Regional Sales Growth Specialist

This role involves developing strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and working with colleagues to deliver sales growth in designated territories.
Responsibilities- Sales Turnover: Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories by selling franchise products, providing weekly and monthly sales action plans, and analyzing sales reports to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Territory Management: Develop an understanding of customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver.
- Customer In-service Education: Work with managers to identify customer in-service needs, develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers, and advise on customer resource requirements.
- Key Account Development: Prepare a plan to optimize key account development and sales growth, identify and document key customers and decision-makers, and provide customer support on inventory.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product features, benefits, correct product application and usage, anatomy, physiology, and medical procedure knowledge.
- Distribution Management: Develop and implement distribution networks for assigned territories, ensure distributor health aligns with agreed guidelines, and judiciously manage accounts receivable, operating expenses, transportation, accounts payable, entertainment, and travel.
