Regional Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our sales and revenue management efforts in a specific geographic area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and making strategic decisions to optimize business outcomes.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • To achieve consistently high sales figures and increase market share within the assigned region.
    • To foster a culture of ownership and accountability among team members, driving individual and collective success.
    • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement region-specific strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • To build and manage a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers/Executives, or Business Development Managers.
    • To conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
    • To empower team members to take ownership of their work, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
  • Market Expansion & Penetration
    • To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, dealer/distributor appointments, and retail/channel expansion initiatives.
    • To analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform region-specific strategies.
    • To collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute region-specific promotions and launches.
  • Distributor & Channel Partner Management
    • To maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they meet their obligations and optimizing supply chain logistics within the region.
    • To monitor distributor performance, address any issues promptly, and ensure timely claim settlements and stock hygiene.
    • To foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and issue resolution between distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship & Service
    • To build lasting relationships with key customers, influencers, and institutional clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • To identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
    • To conduct trade meets, engagement programs, and loyalty initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • To provide accurate, timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
    • To analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and design corrective action plans to drive business results.
    • To present regional performance insights and recommendations in review meetings with senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or relevant field
    • 8+ years of experience in sales/operations with at least 3.5 years in a team-leading or regional role
  • Desirable:
    • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
    • Prior experience in the same industry or region preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, or ERP tools
