
Business Development Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Director.
- You will be responsible for managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in assigned regions.
- Sales & Revenue Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, conducting regular performance reviews, field visits, and training sessions.
- Market Expansion & Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, develop region-specific strategies, and collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and launches.
- Distributor & Channel Partner Management: Manage distributor health, optimize supply chain logistics, and address trade issues promptly.
- Customer Relationship & Service: Build strong relationships with key customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and conduct engagement programs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, analyze data, and present regional performance to senior management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 3-5 years in a team-leading or regional role.
Desirable Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Prior experience in the same industry or region preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, or ERP tools.
