Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to our CEO.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and experience in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and correspondence, as well as drafting and managing professional communications.

Additionally, this role involves acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidential records, and supporting project tracking and KPI monitoring.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
