Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Associate in the Chairman's Office. This role will provide an opportunity for the selected candidate to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chairman in daily tasks, ensuring seamless execution of office operations.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, including patients, international organizations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Conduct research on health policies and patient needs, informing strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or public health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
