Senior Bid Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead the development of proposal responses to RFx, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and writing templates
  • Write, edit, proof, organize, format, and produce proposals to enhance business development

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing in delivering compliant and compelling proposal responses, a proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals, and strong business acumen.

They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and well-organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy with data.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS INCLUDE operating independently to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal schedules, and providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
