About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to lead our Global Sales Operations Organization. The successful candidate will oversee the development of comprehensive proposal responses to complex opportunities.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, ensuring compliance with requirements and completeness. We are looking for someone who can distill complex issues into clear, concise language and has experience in managing proposals from initial review to final submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with Sales Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and other stakeholders to develop compelling proposal responses.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end proposal development processes, from initial review to final submission.
  • Design and produce all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing.
  • Write, edit, and format proposals to enhance business development efforts.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical, financial, and operational information.
  • IDentify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission.
