Job Description

Lead Proposal Developer

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our bid management and proposal development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.

Your primary objective will be to secure high-value contracts by managing the entire bid process from opportunity identification through final submission. You will work closely with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end bid process to ensure timely and effective submissions
  • Conducting research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals
  • Developing winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition and in-house model benefits
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Implementing AI tools to streamline research tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Crafting impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers
  • Maintaining a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids
  • Tracking bid performance metrics and analyzing win/loss trends to refine strategies for continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI tools, automation software, and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing)
