Job Title: Senior Proposal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, and other complex opportunities.

About the Role:

The Senior Proposal Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, sales operations, legal, and product management, to develop compelling proposal responses. You will lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial review to final submission, ensuring that all proposal response materials are compliant, complete, and compelling.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information. Your strong business and IT modernization acumen, including cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence, will enable you to deconstruct requirements and develop effective compliance matrices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, and other complex opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, sales operations, legal, and product management.
  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices and ensure that all proposal response materials are compliant, complete, and compelling.
  • Work closely with SMEs to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Deconstruct requirements and develop effective compliance matrices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience managing the delivery of compliant, compelling proposal responses to customers in various types of commercial industries and channel partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Strong business and IT modernization acumen, including cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience working for a technology company is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
