Senior Proposals Coordinator

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Bid Consultant to coordinate proposals and provide administration support services within the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of Opportunity briefings and lead gathering for a decision-making process.
  • Contribute to data entry and analysis in the Sales (proposals stage) module of our Oracle-based Horizon ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Proposals Managers to deliver all or parts of Supplier Compliance Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualifications and Proposals, including proposal kick-off meetings.
  • Prepare and submit requests via our online intranet portal to the legal team for review, contract signature, and legal advice.
  • Work with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to create and maintain collaboration sites for live proposals.
  • Undertake research on clients, proposals, competitors, and industry sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum degree-qualified from an internationally recognised University in an appropriate subject.
  • Relevant experience, minimum 5 years, in Proposals Coordination roles;
  • Commitment to achieving APMP Foundation certification as a minimum.
  • Good level of spoken and written English, evidenced by an internationally recognised English language qualification;
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
