Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead and coordinate high-value proposal bids. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission.
  • Analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents and define bid strategy and win themes.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather inputs.
  • Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Lead bid review meetings and post-submission debriefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals.
  • Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/tender processes and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
