Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal engineering, with excellent communication and project management skills.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, understanding client requirements, and preparing high-quality proposals that meet both technical and commercial standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review of tender documents, including costing preparation and on-time response submission for technical/commercial queries
  • Selection of the right analyzer technique suitable for the application, design of sampling systems, and preparation of complete proposal documentation
  • Analysis of technically fit bills of material with various options to arrive at competitive offerings
  • Review of the complete draft or purchase order receipt, listing contradictions if any w.r.t agreed terms of technical and commercial, and handover of cleared purchase orders to the engineering team

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applications related to safety, emission monitoring, AAQMS, and measurements like SO2, Nox, CO, Mercury, Chlorine, Paramagnetic O2, Moisture, etc., as well as CPCB connectivity and related products.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a proposal engineer for analyzer projects
  • BE in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Good cost optimization skills and knowledge of applications related to safety, emission monitoring, AAQMS, and measurements
  • Familiarity with CPCB connectivity and related products
