Business Development Role

About the Position:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Business Development professional to drive new business growth within the staffing and recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads, establishing strategic partnerships with clients and vendors to foster long-term relationships.
  • Solution Delivery: Develop tailored recruitment solutions that meet client needs, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in Business Development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models.
  • Able to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
  • Proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
