As a seasoned Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through outbound calls to UK prospects. Your primary objective is to generate and qualify leads, updating them and activities in Zoho CRM. Close collaboration with the BD team is essential to set up meetings and share daily reports on calls, emails, and leads.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, with good proficiency in English. You should be comfortable working in UK hours and possess 2-3 years of experience in outbound-focused inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the UK or international market.

To excel in this position, cold calling experience is mandatory. You must be able to think critically, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of energy throughout your workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make targeted outbound calls to UK prospects
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Update leads and activities in Zoho CRM
  • Collaborate with the BD team to schedule meetings
  • Provide daily reports on calls, emails, and leads
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in outbound-focused inside sales or lead generation (UK/international market preferred)
