Key Account Growth Strategist

Job Description:

The role of the Key Account Growth Strategist is to drive Therapy Upgradation and Adoption in assigned markets. This involves managing and growing relationships with Key Customers, developing and executing sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business within assigned accounts, driving growth through geographical expansion.
  2. Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts, introducing new products or services to drive revenue growth.
  3. Account Planning: Create and execute account plans through in-person customer visits and presentations, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing potential challenges.
  4. Key Account Management: Gain a deep understanding of assigned key accounts' business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Market Insights: Collect and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
  6. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Deliverables:
  1. Therapy Knowledge and Acumen: Provide clinical demonstration/support and training to customers on product usage and best practices to drive Therapy Upgradation.
  2. KOL Development: Identify, develop, and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for Therapy Upgradation and Adoption.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and other relevant metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Solution Provision:
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, and Clinical Teams to ensure seamless delivery in the market.
  • Provide innovative and tailored solutions that address specific customer needs, combining product knowledge, market insights, and creativity to offer personalized recommendations that deliver tangible value to customers.
