About the Role

Cisco Meraki is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our cloud-managed IT platform, Cisco Spaces. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that showcases the value of our innovative SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own use case messaging, translating product use cases into compelling stories that resonate with customers and sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive GTM strategy, including product managers, product ops, content writers, engineering, and user-experience designers.
  • Work closely with Cisco sales teams and customers to drive awareness and adoption of the product, gathering customer insights to inform future product development.
  • Research and build ROI/TCO calculators for Cisco Spaces apps, solutions, and platform, highlighting the value proposition for customers.
  • Define campaign messaging for customers and sales teams, analyzing campaign data to measure effectiveness and inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Create content for key events and product launches, including blogs, research reports, keynote speeches, social media posts, and video scripts.
  • Conduct customer interviews, build strong customer advocacy, and develop case studies, social media posts, and testimonials to showcase customer success stories.
  • Work with our sales partners to develop sales pitches, playbooks, competitive battle cards, objection handling, and use cases for different buyer personas and scenarios.
Requirements

We're looking for a creative and analytical marketing professional with a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry. You should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative cloud/SaaS products.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, a flair for design (UI/UX), and experience working on social media and email campaigns.
  • Ability to get hands-on with SaaS product adoption, automation, and analytics tools.
  • Cross-functional and project management skills to keep programs and teams on track.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and functions.
