About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at HYCU. As a key member of our GTM team, you will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging that decreases friction in the buying journey and helps HYCU win with our target customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success
  • Develop messaging and marketing initiatives that align with different types of customers and personas (CIOs, VPs of IT, and Administrators)
  • Create compelling short-form content that communicates the technical and business value of our products
  • Act as a product evangelist and participate in webinars, interviews, and briefings
  • Develop business cases and support sales with collaterals and presentations
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and maximizing product visibility and adoption
  • Partner with product management to build and deliver enablement content to help Sales easily communicate the value of HYCU to prospects
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities, inform decision-making, and inform differentiated messaging and positioning
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success
  • Technical background and willingness to collaborate with product management, pre-sales engineers, and customer success
  • Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and persona development
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Willingness to engage with customers and prospects in your area of focus
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of internal and external audiences
  • Flexibility to work evening hours that overlap with US counterparts
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
