About Us

At Strides Pharma, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining cohesion between product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a clear vision for the product and owning the North Star Metric. You will also conduct primary & secondary research to gain insights into product's competitive advantage. Additionally, you will plan & execute product's GTM by identifying and prioritizing customer segments to focus on. Your responsibilities will include developing effective messaging & communication that resonates with identified customer segment, creating & maintaining a comprehensive stack of assets presentations, documentations, videos on product features & the use cases, and promoting thought leadership on topics of interest to the product, through events & webinars. You will also own the MQL funnel including product demonstrations and be part of a CFT to ensure quick customer onboarding and effective product training, driving product adoption. You will conduct periodic customer engagements to receive feedback & understand customer complaints. Responsibilities:
  • Establish a clear vision for the product and own the North Star Metric.
  • Conduct primary & secondary research to gain insights into product's competitive advantage.
  • Plan & execute product's GTM by identifying and prioritizing customer segments to focus on.

Requirements:
  • 8 to 10 years of work experience; preferably in product, marketing, or sales.
  • Understanding how to identify and analyse customer segments and target markets based on demographic, behaviours and needs.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to articulate clearly.
  • Influencing Skills and Stakeholder Management.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, effectively influence decisions, negotiate outcomes, cocreate solutions, and drive alignment across teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
