Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business development and corporate sales for Health and Wellness products in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include business development, account management, sales operation, revenue generation, forecasting, sales pipeline management, lead generation, competition benchmarking, and market penetration.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive overall sales revenue of the company under the leadership of the State Head, strategizing future growth and stronger market penetration.
  • Constantly work on the sales funnel to achieve monthly corporate account closure and revenue targets.
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with new customers, focusing on decision-makers and influencers, accountable for high-level external/internal client management.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and products, developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Responsible for increasing awareness and utilization amongst existing clientele about the service offerings through onsite campaigns, e-based marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for new corporate and insurance tie-ups for sales of healthcare products, wellness services, and implementing various sales models, including worksite, third-party tie-ups, broker models.
  • Relationship management and identification of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with corporate and life and health insurance companies.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in selling services/products in the healthcare domain is preferred, with a willingness to travel.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to establish relationships, especially at the CXO level in a given corporate, preferably able to make sales with a top-down approach.
  • Strong presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings, one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and superiors.
  • Good experience in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Ability to develop sales plans and manage resources, analyzing and interpreting sales and revenue data.
