Job Title: Corporate Sales Development Manager

HappyLocate is a leading provider of comprehensive relocation services, catering to the diverse needs of customers in India and internationally. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Corporate Sales team and play a key role in transforming the relocation industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and increase market share.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and delight.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Meet or exceed client relationship targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the team lead.


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the relocation industry.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets in corporate sales.


Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network of HR, Admin, and Procurement leaders or other relevant decision-makers in the corporate relocation process.
