Job Summary

Vimerse Infotech Inc is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve technical issues and answer queries related to computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
  • Record and update incident records in our Incident Management system.
  • Work with technical staff to resolve recurring problems and issues with applications and products.
  • Document and submit problem resolutions to our knowledge database.
  • Follow documented processes and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in supporting Windows OS, MS Office, and dual monitors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory User Administration, and Desktop and laptop hardware.
  • Knowledge of ITSM Tool JIRA and remote support technologies.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in an Enterprise IT environment.
