Wipro is a leading technology consulting and business process services company that is committed to empowering its clients to achieve their business goals. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our clients.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for handling service desk tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and providing follow-up support as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, a good understanding of technical concepts, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Wipro offers a competitive salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including one-way cab facility, direct payroll, and incentives and allowances. Schedule: Flexible and open to working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays.
