Job Title: Help Desk Manager

This role is part of our Integrated Facilities Management team, responsible for delivering exceptional help desk services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize processes and requests by reporting to the facility manager and documenting complaints with detailed information.
  • Assign a unique reference number to each request to identify the nature of issues and forward them to the relevant department.
  • Monitor the progress of each request by coordinating with assigned personnel and tracking response times.
  • Communicate with requestors to ensure task closure and provide feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call status and recurring calls.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support building engineers in conducting analyses and contribute to the monthly facilities report for clients.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to process invoices and manage contractors.
  • Work closely with engineering and facilities departments to develop operational procedures.
  • Ensure workplace safety by participating in health and safety reviews and identifying potential hazards.
