Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to users with technical issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, including hardware, software, network, and system problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log, prioritize, and categorize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level support teams, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS), common software applications (Microsoft Office, email clients), and hardware components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with end-users and technical teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
