Job Description

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints, providing superior call logging services, and coordinating with respective assignees to ensure timely resolution of issues. You will also be required to prepare daily and weekly reports on call status, as well as monthly reports on recurring calls.

  In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to the monthly management report for our clients, process invoices, and participate in health and safety reviews. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients will be essential to achieving success in this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • • Proven industry experience in facilities management, preferably with three to five years of experience.
  • • Strong working knowledge of occupational safety and excellent communication skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a team and possess a customer-centric focus.
