Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of project requirements by providing excellent client interfacing skills and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects efficiently, utilizing strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Strategize and influence company direction through effective problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Support implementation and maintenance projects, staying up-to-date with relevant technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in service desk desktop support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical exposure to relevant technologies, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a flexible role that requires onsite-offshore traveling. Strong certifications in related fields are highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
