Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Supervisor, located in Mumbai. The Service Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service desk team, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling escalations. Key tasks include managing team performance, providing training and mentorship, ensuring effective communication, and optimizing customer service processes.

- Experience in a similar role is preferred
