We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in providing technical support and assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Respond to user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Installation & Configuration: Set up new systems, install applications, and configure peripherals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues remotely or on-site.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks, updates, and repairs on IT equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
- User Training: Educate users on new software, basic troubleshooting, and IT policies.
- Security Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and install antivirus software.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in desktop or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of office automation tools and computer peripherals.
- Understanding of network security and antivirus programs.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
