We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate assistance via phone or other communication channels
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and adhere to established procedures
- Meet performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Clear and confident voice clarity
- Strong listening and communication skills
- High fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Freshers welcome. Candidates with 6 months or more experience preferred. Prior experience in a call center/BPO an added advantage.
