We are a leading digital agency based in Dubai, seeking an IT Sales Executive with 0-2 years of agency experience to join our dynamic team in Calicut.

As a Business Development Executive for IT Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue by promoting and selling our company's web and mobile application development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the web and mobile application development sector.
  2. Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements for web and mobile applications.
  4. Present our company's web and mobile application development services to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  5. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes based on clients' specific requirements, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies related to web and mobile applications to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on web and mobile application sales.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and project management processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
