We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Business Partner to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in global mobility, with a strong understanding of regional talent strategies and the ability to drive success in the Asia, Middle East & Africa regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional talent strategies to support business growth
- Provide subject matter advice on global mobility to business leaders and HR teams
- Collaborate with mobility operations teams to ensure seamless mobilisations into the region
- Build trusted relationships with Region Leadership, HR & Finance & other stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a global mobility business partnering role in the AMEA region
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to build a compelling business case
- A great communicator with strong networking, presentation and influencing capability
- Experience of working with, managing, and leveraging mobility vendors
- Resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment
